| Description: | The Human Resources Director will manage all aspects of the department, including counseling and communicating to all levels of employees and management, maintaining and interpreting policies and procedures for effective and consistent administration, maintaining personnel files, benefits administration, Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, COBRA, recruiting and interviewing to fulfill staffing needs, and coordinating new hire orientation. |

| Description: | The Director of Accounting/CFO will ensure proper accounting for all pertinent records in accordance with GAAP, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, community policies and procedures and applicable state and federal statutes. The Director will also ensure all billing, accounts payable and payroll are completed in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include the performance of monthly financial statement close, preparation of monthly account reconciliations, management of the annual financial audit and Form 990, Form 5500 and cost report filings, preparations and filing of quarterly taxes, preparation of the budget, daily cash management and staff supervision. |
